REFUND POLICY


Overview

At PartsZone, we are committed to providing high-quality products and customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item under the conditions outlined below. Please note that a 25% restocking fee will apply to most returns, except for defective items.

RETURNS

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom-made products, or items marked as non-returnable, cannot be returned.

  • Defective Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at contact@wepartszone.com. Defective items are not subject to the 25% restocking fee, and we will cover the return shipping costs. You may choose to receive a replacement or a full refund.

  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  • Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all returns, except for defective items or cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received an incorrect item).

  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@wepartszone.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

  • Shipping Costs: For non-defective items, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For defective items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

REFUNDS:

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund, less the 25% restocking fee, except in cases of defective items.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 10-12 business days. If you paid by credit card, your refund may take additional time to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items that are returned with obvious signs of use, or items not in their original condition).

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@wepartszone.com.

EXCHANGES:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at contact@wepartszone.com for further instructions.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS:

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Any electrical parts

  • Custom-made or personalized parts

  • Any Special Orders

  • Stock clearance parts or parts marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

SALE ITEMS:

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

CANCELLATIONS:

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@wepartszone.com. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled, and you will need to follow our return process. The 35% restocking fee will apply to cancel orders that have already been shipped.
