INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. PartsZone is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties incurred during the shipment.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER:

DELIVERY ISSUE:
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at contact@wepartszone.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. PartsZone is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS:
Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@wepartszone.com. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
Modifications: If you need to modify your order (e.g., change the shipping address), please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible once the order has been processed.
